This program is for beginners, who are new to the gym setting, and currently do not workout. This program is also great for those who have never worked out; but we recommend you consult one of our personal trainers if you have any concerns. This program will get you back into the groove of exercising properly. This program is designed with 8 days of exercise, which is a frequency of 2 workouts per week.

This program is for those who are familiar with the gym setting, and have worked out regularly in the past 2 years. This program will allow for ample improvement in a variety of areas including strength, posture, stability, work capacity, and control. This program is designed with 12 days of exercise, which is a frequency of 3 workouts per week.

Purchase an Individualized Program and one of our personal trainers will create a program especially for YOU. The program will require you to workout 2 times per week, for 1 month.

KT Tape is an elastic sports and fitness tape designed for muscle, ligament and tendon pain relief and support. It is applied along muscles, ligaments, and tendons to provide a light weight, external support.

This class is hosted by Jon. Two unique style workouts are fused together for one high energy workout! Kick off your workout on the bike with a 20-minute ride with sprints, hill climbs and heavy resistance. Follow your ride with HIIT Circuit (High intensity interval training)! This class will give you a mix of plyometrics, body weight, strength and core intervals. This class is hosted by Kaila. Kaila is an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a passion for fitness, currently pursuing a fitness certification through the NASAM. She currently works as full-time teacher’s assistant but the thing that gives her life is catching a beat on the bike. In the past year and a half, she has lost 35lbs, dropped a couple pant sizes, and started to tone and gain muscle.
