Because of the light pressure used, it is considered a relaxation massage, but its benefits go beyond relaxation. It can help increase the level of oxygen in the blood and improve both circulation and flexibility.Sport Massage (stretching) – Like the Deep Tissue Massage, it uses a firm pressure, focusing on muscles and connective tissue deep within the body, but your therapist will incorporate assisted stretching and the session can be focused on a specific area of the body.

The basic full body package consists of a relaxing full body massage with warm rose coconut oil, music and lighting of your choice, in addition to a warm towel.

The Standard Area Of Focus package consists of a relaxing massage with an oil of choice in three minimum areas of choice on body in addition to a warm towel.

Tai massage is a technique of massage that involves yogic stretching. This add on is designed to decompress the muscle before the standard effleurage massage commences. This option is only available as an add-on to any of the other massage packages.
