Dit is een vrijblijvend gesprek waarin ik mezelf voorstel, uitleg wat een doula juist is, jullie verhaal beluister. We bekijken ook samen wat een doula voor jullie specifiek zou kunnen betekenen.
Aangezien dit voor iedere begeleiding persoonlijk is, zal dit ook telkens anders zijn en op maat van jou of jullie als koppel. 
Ik geef ook een overzicht van welke diensten ik jullie kan aanbieden tijdens de zwangerschap, bevalling en in de kraamtijd. 
Uiteraard is er ook ruimte voor alle vragen die bij jullie opduiken. 

Het is de bedoeling dat dit gesprek voornamelijk informeert en de mogelijkheden toont, nadien nemen jullie pas de beslissing of jullie graag een begeleiding zouden willen of niet.
