Cours donné par Cécile Vilatte, sophrologue depuis 13 ans (certification reconnue par l'Etat, inscrite au Répertoire National des Certifications Professionnelles), professeur à l'Académie de sophrologie de Paris, formatrice et conférencière. La méditation de pleine conscience permet de se relier à ce qui est présent, dans l'instant, sans jugement, dans un esprit d'éveil et d'écoute. Elle développe l'attention et la stabilité émotionnelle. Plus nous sommes nombreux à méditer ensemble plus notre méditation a de force. Dans ces séances, je guide des méditations sur des thèmes spécifiques : le souffle, les pensées, les  sensations corporelles,  la bienveillance, la gratitude... Je vous apporte également des conseils pour intégrer la pratique à votre quotidien, en vous centrant sur l'instant présent même lorsque vous êtes dans l'action. Horaires  : le samedi de 10h30 à 11h00  et/ou le mercredi de 18h00 à 18h30 .La participation financière pour cette activité est complètement libre, vous contribuez via une cagnotte à l'issue de la méditation si vous le souhaitez.

Ce sont des moments privilégiés de pratique sophrologique, avec un peu de théorie et beaucoup d'échanges. Malgré la situation de confinement, j'ai décidé de poursuivre ces ateliers. Une nouvelle expérience pour être ensemble, à la maison. Chaque mois, je vous propose une nouvelle thématique et 2 dates possibles. Vous pouvez participer à l'une ou l'autre, au choix. Le thème d'avril sera  : Gérer son stress pendant le confinement (et après..) et les dates : samedi 18 avril et mercredi 22 avril, de 15h à 17h.
