Each participant will participate in a full body movement screen prior to training as programs will be written based on your goals & movement opportunities. Within the group- individualized modification will be provided. 

Classes will include a variety of movements to challenge & improve your mobility, strength and conditioning. Movements will offer a range of options that include bodyweight, resistance bands, dumbbells or kettlebells depending on what equipment you may have.

Classes have a focus of around 70% strength & 30% conditioning. Each class will teach and involve a variety of movements to challenge your strength, mobility and conditioning. Movements will offer a range of options that include bodyweight, resistance bands, dumbbells or kettlebells depending on what equipment you may have. Programming will be uploaded and provided prior to class.  Due to current world circumstances and interruptions, there may be changes in the dates and time frames of which these classes are offered but only if it's the last resort and necessity.
