You are reserving a Birthday Party @ KIDS ROCK FUN FACTORY! A $50 deposit must be to Kids Rock Fun Factory within 5 DAYS of you booking your party... Not your party date... to secure your time/date OR you can pay over the phone via credit credit card or debit card. You can view current open hours on the website www.kidsrockfunfactory.com Please make sure you check your email for a confirmation of your booking. ***IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH A CONFIRMATION, YOUR PARTY DID NOT SCHEDULE CORRECTLY AND YOU HAVE NOT RESERVED A TIME AND DATE*** ***PLEASE NOTICE*** We are only open 2:00-6:00pm on Sundays! If you booked at 2:30-Arrive at 2:30pm. If you booked at 3:30-Arrive at 3:00pm. If you booked at 4:30-Arrive at 3:30pm. This will give you kids time to play since we close at 6:00pm. Please call a coordinator or Kids Rock Fun Factory @ 704-745-7013, if you experience any problems. Please remember that no outside food/drinks are permitted inside, except a birthday cake. This free 30 minute phone consultation will allow restaurant owners to discuss and review current issues. This is the first step in accomplishing  target focus and goals. 

The Server Training Program is designed to assist serving staff step-by-step procedures to create a welcoming and inviting environment to better the guest’s dining experience. This program is a 2 hour interactive course. Week 1-3 will consist of weekly check ups with management.

The Marketing Strategy Program is formulated with a variety of marketing techniques to impact and increase positive guest relations as a result of increase sales and guest loyalty.

We plan all your Wedding Needs including setting-Up Breaking-Down the Weeding.

Pick the hours you would like to entertain or hold meetings for a more affordable approach to smaller functions. You may have food catered in or bring it in yourself. No alcoholic beverages allowed.

Cozy up with your closest friends all winter long in one of our private igloos!  We are excited to offer a fun and different way to dine outside during the cooler months!  Each of our two igloos can accommodate up to seven people, with comfortable seating and your own heater.  Your igloo will also come with a server so that you can stay warm and spend your time enjoying your food, beverages, and company!  Igloos are available for 2 hour rental periods and must be reserved in advance.  We are excited to offer charcuterie boxes as an add-on exclusively for our igloo patrons.  Advance notice is required for a charcuterie box and it will be added to your reservation.  Igloos are the perfect way to enjoy a date night, special evening out with friends, girls brunch, and fun family dinner.  We hope you come chill out with us this winter!

◦Reservations are for a 2 hour time period.  Reservation times include 11:00, 1:30, 4:00, and 6:30, with the exception of Sundays.  Our final reservation time is 4:00 on Sundays.

◦Igloos seat up to 7 people, including children.  We will not allow more than 7 guests inside of our igloos. 

◦No animals are allowed inside of our igloos.

◦Children must be inside the igloos with parents at all times.  Children are not allowed to be in our igloos without an adult at any time.  Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at ALL times.

◦No smoking of any kind. 

◦No outside food or beverages. 

◦Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in at the bar and start your tab.  Please understand that late arrivals will not receive an extension due to scheduling issues.

◦Reservations require a $75 confirmation payment.  

◦25% gratuity will automatically be added to your igloo server.

◦48 hours notice is required to reschedule.  No-shows and day-of cancellations will result in the loss of your confirmation payment.  If you do need to change your date within the 48 hour time frame, the confirmation fee may be applied to a later date with a $25 charge.

◦Reservations must be made in advance so that we can schedule our staff accordingly.  We cannot accept day-of reservations.

Our Game for Good is the best of both worlds. We collaborate with local non-profits supporting a variety of causes by donating our space and experience. The organization gathers for a fun and engaging way to fundraise at no extra cost!

The more, the merrier! Share widely and bring in your organization, network, friends, and family (all ages welcome)!
