Designed for beginner riders 12 years of age and under, our lessons provide a safe and enjoyable introduction to horseback riding. To reserve your spot, full payment of $75.00 is required in advance and is mandatory and non-refundable for all new clients. We use Stripe and accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and more. Please note that we require 24 hours' notice for cancellations. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before your lesson, you will need to reschedule within the same week to avoid forfeiting your payment or needing to pay for a new booking. For repeat clients, we offer the option to pay later by cash, check, or Venmo. However, all new clients must pay in advance to confirm their booking.

This is the fundamental foundation for your pole journey. Beginner pole class is crucial in building the correct strength and learning to engage the correct muscles etc for your more advanced classes that will come in the future.  Building up the co-ordination,confidence and strength you will need to execute moves and tricks correctly is the most important part of beginner pole. You will be introduced to the basics of Pole Fitness including vocabulary, grips, transitions, floor work, spins and tricks that makes up our internationally recognized syllabus.

This is a class that is open to ALL levels. This gives you the chance to work on your skills in the various levels. There could be students from level 1-6 in one class - these classes are generally more chilled and follow a less rigid structure due to the mix of members in one class. We generally try keep it to a max of 3 levels - but if the class truly has multiple levels we will have 2 instructors to ensure everyone has a spotter and 1 on 1 assistance should it be required.

Unleash your inner sensual being with this sultry, sexy choreo class. Heels are encouraged, knee pads highly recommended, and all the sass you can muster. Dress as sexy as you want, but keep in mind that we are still a fitness studio and modesty is required. Please cover all bits you wouldn't want on camera. This is where we start to incorporate some tricks and spins above the floor work and around-the-pole manoeuvres we covered in beginner exotic. 

This class is a combination of aerial conditioning, stretching, tricks, and flow. All levels are welcome and experience is not required. Please wear clothing that covers your legs and is form fitting. Drop in rates -non-members: $25PNF member rate: $20 or buy a 5 class pass non-members: $100PNF member rate: $90 pay at arrival.

There will be outdoor group circuit classes available for Richmond, VA and Arlington, VA. There will be scheduled throughout the month and will consist of numerous locations throughout the cities. Equipment will be provided. 

This service is available for clients who want to work with weights and gym equipment. Signing up for an in person session is the best way to practice/fix your form, learn the equipment and your limits, as well as gaining muscle strength. There will be options for signing up for packages. 

Professional- licensed/insured Futbol training for individuals and small groups of no more than six players. Training sessions will be split up in circuits and spaced at least 10 ft apart.
