About the company
This class combines elements of yoga and dance on an aerial hammock. Class begins with conditioning, stretching, and beginner poses for the first half, then we gradually start to piece movement together to create a flow. All levels are welcome and experience is not required. Please wear clothing that covers your legs and is form fitting. $25 a class, pay at arrival.Our team
