The Fitness Room is a personal training centre and group training facility based in Bolton. However, unlike most gyms, our trainers genuinely care about your fitness, health and well-being. Whether you want personal one-to-one coaching, or you want to take part in our regular group exercise sessions, you’ll be working with trainers who use modern training techniques that will help you get the results you want.
