Wonderful staff & facilities

The infrared sauna is honestly the most incredible thing for mental health, sleep, well-being, muscle recovery, skin, resetting your nervous system. I always feel like a new woman leaving. The staff are just SO lovely and always so helpful!

Phenomenal facility

I have been here 8 times in December alone for the cold water therapy! They have such an amazing set up and customer service is some of the best I have experienced! I am not a member of this gym but that doesn’t stop the staff being extremely friendly and providing excellent customer service! I would highly recommend the recovery hub!

Relaxed

Unbelievable facilities, friendly staff and a hot sauna. Great to just unwind and switch off for 45mins. Can't wait to return!

Great facilities, friendly staff , had the sauna and ice bath , instantly felt refreshed afterwards, def be back again . 10/10

Great set up

Best IR sauna spot in Belfast/Lisburn. Place is clean and modern. Staff are friendly too. Would be even better if WiFi logins were in the sauna and if sauna could be preheated before arrival

Regularly use the Recovery Hub and it's probably the best IR sauna facility in Belfast /Lisburn.

Simply outstanding!

I had an amazing experience with my physio session. Laurence is extremely professional and attentive. I left the session uplifted and optimist longing to get the results I am hoping to achieve. Thank you Laurence. In terms of the facilities, Recovery NI is a great place and the staff is pleasant and welcoming. I highly recommend Recovery NI.
