Gathering a detailed history of the issue/injury, a full assessment and diagnosis.
With this we will set out a step by step plan together detailing how we are going to achieve your goals whether that be achieving pain free movement or smashing your fitness goals.
You will have an exercise programme, education on your diagnosis and advice on how to manage your pain/symptoms before the session is complete.
