Yoga Studio provides access to aerial hammocks, infrared heating to safely detoxify and restore from within, and supplies yoga amenities that will deepen your practice and internal connection. It is a warm and secure space that allows for personal acceptance, growth, and transformation.Be. is proud to offer clients access to a 2 – person Good Health Infrared Sauna. An infrared sauna is a type of sauna that uses light to create heat. A traditional sauna uses heat to warm the air, which in turn warms your body. An infrared sauna heats your body directly without warming the air around you.Parking as available at Houdini's Escape Gastropub along the fence in the northeastern corner of the parking lot.
