Ugo is knowledgable and willing to teach you.

I am a big advocate for working with people that not only have the knowledge but the capabilities to teach this knowledge to me, so that I am equipped to make the right decisions. When learning more about NACA and exploring real estate options, I stumbled upon Ugo on his YouTube page (which I highly recommend it was really helpful). I immediately set up a time to speak with him, and not only was he available, but spent the time answering my questions. What I found even more helpful, was his very honest approach and openness to teach me some of the aspects I did not know and otherwise would not have been aware of. This all happened on the first consultation call, so I am excited and looking forward to working with him as I look to find my home. It also helped, that one of my close friends also used his services and is now closing on their home. I had no idea, until I was going to check for the contact for her real estate agent, that I realized we both found the same exceptional agent. You will not be disappointed if you set up time to speak with him.

Ugo is super nice and a great help. I called him because I had a few questions about real estate. He answered them all and gave me a wealth of great info about the philly market.
