Mind Garden – A Gathering Place is your one-stop-shop for wellness. Our beautiful, unique location in the heart of Historic Folsom is the perfect place to host workshops, trainings, classes, retreats, and parties. Let's connect and work together to make your vision come to life!
In addition to our tranquil gated garden we offer rentals of our yoga studio, meditation room, gathering space, and classroom and a discounted package when privately renting the whole space.
Mind Garden is your quick get-away, your place to nourish, grow, explore and deepen your self-care practices and build a supportive community that allows you to be the best version of yourself!
