Booking and payment

All appointments will be talen via our booking system where all policies must be agreed to.

The remaining balance needs to be paid by cash on the day of booking.

Appointment

Please arrive to your appointment on time. Do not come to your appointment any earlier than 5 minutes. Be on time! Client late to their appointment 10 minutes will be changed an additional €10 late fee.

Refill

There must be 40% more lashes remaining to be classed as an refill. If it is below than 40% client must pay for a full set. Please clean your lashes before your appointment. No any eye makeup on.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

You have up to 48 hours to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Deposit will be forfeited when you cancel.
