Monthly membership includes 3 one hour sessions a week.
You MUST book Orientation class FIRST before signing up for Monthly Membership!
The programs for the monthly membership are Monday, Wednesday, Friday at the time that works for you. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday is also an option to fit your three sessions in. Example if you choose Monday at 10 your next two sessions will be Wednesday at 10 and Friday at 10. That will be your schedule for that month and can me changed if space permits it.
