Choose from three rental options!
11:30-3:30 PM on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. A great option for business lunches or functions. Rental includes the use of our media/cafe tech, exclusive access to the cafe area, kitchen access, and a host/bartender. Cost: $100. 2:30-5:30 PM on Saturdays. A great option for parties or social gatherings. Rental include the use of our media/cafe tech, exclusive access to the cafe area, kitchen access, and a host/bartender. Cost: $150. 6:30- 9:30 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. A great option for parties or social gatherings. Rentals include the use of our media/cafe tech, exclusive access to the cafe area, kitchen access, and a host/bartender. Kitchen will remain open until 7:30 which is normal shutdown. Cost: $200.

Enjoy a private screening with your friends and family in our newly renovated 2nd floor theater! Rental is $175 with max capacity of 44 people and 2 hours in the theater. Evening theater rental start times will vary based on the run time of the film shown to the general public prior to your rental (example: General audience film begins at 6:15pm and runs for 2.5 hours which means the theater won't be vacant until 8:45pm at which point we need up to 30 minutes to clean the space before your event). Reservation includes a 30 minute buffer for arrival/check-in prior to your movie start time. A $50 nonrefundable deposit is required before your reservation is finalized. Our theater manager Justin Arseneau will follow up via email to coordinate payment. If you wish to rent the space longer than 2 hours or have general questions please email us at contact@middleburymarquis.com.
