Sobre a empresa

Mindful Alchemy is a breathwork-meditation studio that integrates mindfulness principles into a Breatheology framework.

We provide wholesome meditations that include invigorating the vagus nerve to promote and improve daily wellbeing.

Our studio is co-shared with The Pilates MVMT, and is nestled in the quiet estates of Kovan with a calming view of trees outside and natural sunlight during the day.

Our sessions are limited to a maximum of 9 pax, which ensures personalised corrections and attention. We aim to create a safe, inclusive and non-judgemental space for all our clients.
