In a 60 minute indoor private lesson with Coach Clay, players can expect personalized instruction in hitting and fielding. The session will cover hitting mechanics, fielding fundamentals, and position-specific training. Live repetitions, feedback, and corrections will be integrated, along with conditioning exercises for overall performance improvement. Each 60-minute lesson will focus on pitching mechanics, arm conditioning, and improving command and control. Lessons are cumulative and will build on Tanner's overall pitching philosophy that led to a successful college career and being drafted by the Texas Rangers MLB organization. Each individual 90-minute lesson will identify and diagnose fundamental flaws in pitching mechanics, and physical limitations such as flexibility and strength. The lessons will include customized training to be completed within the 90 minutes lesson. Lessons are cumulative and will build on Tanner's overall pitching philosophy that led to a successful college career and being drafted by the Texas Rangers MLB organization.

For lesson packages, the initial lessons will focus on proper conditioning and flexibility, as well as season appropriate strength training programs custom made for each player. Lessons will progress through learning proper and age-appropriate pitching mechanics, to situational pitching, and learning/gaining confidence in 2nd and 3rd pitches. Your player will not just learn to pitch, he will become a pitcher.

Open to all ages 8-15. Please bring glove, hat, cleats, sneakers, and a water bottle to each lesson. Please be 10-15 minutes early and be prepared to work.

Catcher's fundamentals. In these lessons, Coach Lawson will focus on fundamental drills that will build as the player progresses in skill level. Initial lesson will include a skill assessment to determine areas to focus training. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to warm-up and stretch with JBands/Crossover Symmetry (available onsite). Coach TJ's private lessons will apply the most current and up to date Major League hitting instruction acquired from coaches in the Yankees organization.

Players should be at each lesson at least 15 minutes before the start time to get warmed up and ready to practice.

Coach TJ is available for full hour lessons where he will split the lesson into half hour hitting and half hour fielding sessions. During each segment, Coach TJ will evaluate the player's mechanics and incorporate drills specifically tailored to overcome the mechanics issues. Coach TJ's private lessons will apply the most current and up to date Major League hitting instruction acquired from coaches in the Yankees organization.

Players should be at each lesson at least 15 minutes before the start time to get warmed up and ready to practice.

Coach TJ is available for full hour lessons where he will focus his attention on evaluating the player's infield defensive skills, identifying flaws in fielding and/or throwing mechanics, and working on specific drills to address the issues with mechanics. Coach TJ's private lessons will apply the most current and up to date Major League instruction acquired from coaches in the Yankees organization. The longer, 60 minute lessons will provide more time to practice the drills, get more fielding and throwing reps, and the player will learn Coach TJ's stretching/warm-up/cool-down routine before and after an infield session.

Players should be at each lesson at least 15 minutes before the start time to get warmed up and ready to practice.

The longer, 60 minute lessons will provide more coaching and practice reps. The lesson may end with Coach Andy's stretching/warm-up/cool-down routine before and after an infield session.
