Welcome to our Appointment Booking Site!Covid safety procedures: Our offices are open and fully staffed for the tax season. The following protocols are in effect to protect the health of our employees and their families.All appointments will be phone or online video appointments.You may enter our offices to drop off/pick up documents, or to pay your bill.One client is permitted in the office at a time and masks are required. Please wait outside the office if you see another client is inside.Limit visits to our offices to 5 minutes or less.Deliver your tax documents to your preparer at least 7 days prior to your phone or video appointment. Documents can be delivered in the following ways:Dropped at one of our offices during normal business hours,Uploaded to our secure portal, Mail or delivery service such as UPS or FedEX.Booking site instructions are as follows:Returning clients - We may have already created your account. Use the "Remind Password" link to reset your password.New clients/returning clients without an account - You will be asked to create an account to book your appointment.Important appointment confirmation information:Your online appointment will not appear on our calendar until it is confirmed by our staff. You will receive a confirmation email once your appointment is accepted by our staff.
