I will provide you with a spread to help you navigate shadow work, inner child healing, finding forgiveness, moving through grief, and various topics that you may request if you are needing help with a particularly difficult situation.
With this service, along with a PDF explaining your reading, you will receive respective prompts for the topic we are exploring. For example, if you need to dig into more shadow work in order to heal, you will receive journal prompts/affirmations/exercises that pertain to the areas focused on in the reading.
You will also receive a follow up Q&A to dive into anything you may need to clarify, collaborate on ideas for what method will work best, and other tips on how to keep yourself protected, feeling secure, and whole again.
