Hello Ladies! PLEASE READ BELOW🌸• I do not work over other lash techs work, therefor please arrive to your appointment with clean natural lashes. If not able to, i do lash removal & lash bath for an additional $35, please be advised lash removal & bath adds an additional hour to your appointment!• I DO NOT TRAVEL. • Please have your most updated number & email available for your confirmation text after you book, which will provide the appointment date, time, lash set and exact location.• All deposits MUST be sent through the available Cashapp link in my bio. If for some reason that doesn’t work out please message me! The remaining balance will be paid at appointment through zelle, paypal or cash• I do not under any circumstances accept any type of disrespect to me, my business or my business partner i currently work with. I am a very understanding and sweet person if you have any concerns please just message me and i’ll help you with whatever you need from there. If you do not comply you will be permanently banned from booking with robextensions!• All clients will be allowed to bring ONE guest to their appointment with them. • Please be advised you CAN NOT open your eyes until i am finished applying your eyelash extensions and give you that okay to open your eyes. If you don’t do so, fumes will irritate your eyes and they will burn.• CANCELLATIONS: Any same day cancellations please cancel at least 3 hours prior to your appointment. IF you do so, your deposit will be held for your next scheduled appointment.Any last minute cancellations (hour before your appointment) will be charged an additional $15 deposit fee when booking for next appointment.• BEFORE appointment: Please come wearing a face mask!! There is a $15 deposit fee when booking.• Please come with no makeup or any product on eyes, after 15 minutes of grace period there will be a small late fee amount of $15. After 30 minutes of grace period with no communication your appointment will be canceled & you will no longer be able to book until your $50 no call no show fee is paid off. If you have any special requests or questions please contact me via email or DM ✨• Lash aftercare: 48 hours after eyelash appointment do not apply eye makeup. Makeup application will cause the lashes to be unclean & cause them to fall off. Please try not to rub your eyes so much, the oil from your fingers will cause them to eventually fall out earlier. • Every client gets 2 spoolie brushes for your lashes, please brush through your lashes daily, neglecting to do so will cause lashes to get tangled and cause them to fall out sooner. If you are restless sleeper contact me a week in advanced before appointment and I will be able to provide a silk sleeping mask for an additional $10. •If several lashes unexpectedly fall out within the first 24 hours please contact me!! If you do not contact me before 48 hours I will no longer be able to help.•All same day walk Ins are an additional $30 Fee!- NO REFUNDS WHATSOEVER!!
