What is Aerial Yoga?
To launch my new Aerial Yoga business, I would LOVE for you to try it out with this 30 minute SAMPLE!

In this SAMPLE you will get to know the yoga hammock, basic modes, and try anti-gravity yoga.
At the SAMPLE I will give you a promo code to use towards future class packages. Classes begin January 2024.
There are two SAMPLE time slots to choose from. If you are waitlisted, have no fear! I will either add you to a cancelled spot or plan an additional SAMPLE class time and send you the invite link.
The location is 360 Iron CrossFit next to Mellow Mushroom on Veterans Parkway.
Please fill out the online waiver and sign a paper copy at the event.
There are NO REFUNDS for this SAMPLE event.

Aerial BASE will introduce you to a gravity-defying style of yoga. You will use the yoga hammock to improve your core strength and flexibility. New to yoga? That's fine! BASE is for all levels and open to beginners. All body

Aerial BASE will introduce you to a gravity-defying style of yoga. You will use the yoga hammock to improve your core strength and flexibility.
New to yoga? That's fine!
BASE is for all levels and open to beginners. All body types are welcome, our equipment holds 2,000 pounds.

Aerial BASE is a four week series, each class builds on the previous skills.
If you are waitlisted, have no fear! I will either add you to a cancelled spot or plan an additional Aerial BASE class time and send you the invite link.
The location is 360 Iron CrossFit next to Mellow Mushroom on Veterans Parkway.
