Prefer the mat? Our Mat Pilates sessions refine alignment and core stability at a mindful pace. For focused attention, book a 1:1 Private session tailored to your goals—technique, confidence, athletic performance, or everyday wellbeing. Expect clear cueing, safe form, and a welcoming community that celebrates every milestone. Centrally located in St Helier, sessions are kept intentionally small so you get the TLC you deserve.
