I am super excited to TRY and offer this session that I have been dreaming of for two years HOWEVER I am nervous due to the increasing cost of fresh flowers. My goal is to be able to pay the cost of the flowers/props.
To make this session a reality I must get 15 people booked and fully paid to say the session is “happening.”
Due to the nature of this session (cost of flowers, fresh flowers that die quickly) please read over the terms of conditions:
PAYMENT SCHEDULE. The client must pay the non refundable session fee to secure the session time slot.
Mini sessions are available for families, children, couples and groupings of no more than 5 people. Please do not bring anyone “extra” to be in the photographs outside your immediate family. Mini sessions are too quick for large groups or big families (5 or more children) and clients should consult with the photographer PRIOR to booking this session if you are wanting to add cousins or extended family or friends. Please discuss any special circumstances with Amanda Key Photography prior to booking so we can help make this a perfect session for you and your family.
COVERAGE. Your session fee includes one mini session, basic retouching of selected images, digital download of high resolution images with print release.
CANCELLATION. Please note that your session fee is non-refundable. Due to the limited slots and back to back booking, fees are non-refundable and are due at the time of booking. In the event that you need to cancel your session - no refund will be given. You are welcome to try to sell your spot and I will try to do my best to help you sell your spot as well.
Once you pick this session - there are no flip flopping sessions. Once it is paid - it is secure and you cannot transfer this session to Easter or Mothers Day, etc. When you book this session this is the session booked and secure for you.
No credit can be used for this session. No gift cards can be used for this session.
PROPS. The only props in this session will be chairs, possible settee, fireplace mantle (see sample images). No animals at this session.

Refund Policy: Monetary refunds will not be given. Credit can be applied to a future mini session IF deemed an emergency for cancellation AND a 24 hour notice was given. I've had too many cancellations based on not finding outfits, forgetting date scheduled and time scheduled. Once you book and keep spot and do not cancel with enough time to fill your spot --- I don't get paid. I'm not trying to swindle money without working by any means BUT again, if you do not cancel and allow me enough time to fill your spot -- I DON'T get paid if I refund your money. So sorry to be this way but I've had this happen too many times.
