If this is your first time with us, or you are new to Cold Water Immersion, this one time slot will allow some extra time for us to assist you and offer some guidance and moral support.

Our advice is 1 minute per 1 degree, if its 6 degrees its 6 minutes! This should allow enough time to get changed, have a dip and set you up for whatever the rest of your day looks like!
