Aerial Yoga is a combination of Yoga, Pilates, and Aerial Silks to give us the ability to not only build strength and create greater mobility with our bodies but to have a little flying fun while we are at it!
All fitness levels are welcome to our Aerial Yoga classes as we are capable of modifying to suit different levels and as we continue to grow in our aerial journeys!
Aerial Hammock Flow classes allow us to take our aerial journeys one step further using our fundamental basics and tricks from Aerial Yoga and putting it together into a flowing dance routine!
