If you require clean to include carpet or oven cleaning please add these from additional tenancy cleaning services.   In order to reserve a slot you will need to pay a  20% deposit. On the day of completion you will pay the remaining balance less the deposit you have already paid to the cleaners. ***Please note that as we have not seen your particular property, the price may change on the day. Cleaners will always discuss this with you before commencing the work on the day.***We are reputable in our work and our estimates are designed to cover most scenarios, however there may be exceptions. The service duration is a guide time-frame you should allow for the job.
