Pilates Mat is an intensive workout using body weight to strengthen and stretch all major muscle groups. Our classes are tailored for six participants, allowing instructors to give more attention to each individual. The programs include a variety of mat exercises to improve posture, increase flexibility, and enhance overall fitness. Suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced Pilates enthusiasts.

Pilates Reformer is a unique combination of classical Pilates and innovative equipment. Using the special Reformer machine, our workouts not only strengthen muscles but also improve flexibility, balance, and coordination. The program is ideal for all fitness levels and focuses on a personalized approach to help each client achieve their fitness goals effectively and safely.
