Unlike massage, “SI” focuses not on the muscles but on their protective layer, called fascia (also known as connective tissue).  “SI” aligns and balances the body by lengthening and repositioning the fascia. The fascia gradually shortens, tightens and adjusts to accommodate the misalignment.
