 If you're looking to bring your company, team or just your friends together to do some training and conditioning, let's talk. We can design private group sessions, from 45-60 minutes  for up to 15 people.

If you're looking for traditional 1-on-1 personal training, this is the package for you!  Our personal training happens in-person at our facility in Houston, PA with 1-on-1 guidance and feedback. All packages include customized individual programming with 60-90 minute in-person sessions, complete with nutrition guidance.

We offer one-on-one private wrestling sessions where we'll spend 60-75 minutes 
highly focused on the areas you want to learn and grow in. Each session will come with direct instruction, technique critique and correction (where needed),
drills, plus strength and conditioning training.

Experience tranquillity with our online Relax & Restore Flow class, where gentle restorative movements seamlessly merge with breath, guiding you towards deep relaxation. Allow tension to melt away! February 2022 ScheduleMonday, Wednesday, Thursday at 12pm ESTJoin with fellow participants to stay active from the convenience of your own home with real time feedback provided. Classes have a focus of around 70% strength & 30% conditioning. Each class will teach and involve a variety of movements to challenge your strength, mobility and conditioning. Movements will offer a range of options that include bodyweight, resistance bands, dumbbells or kettlebells depending on what equipment you may have. Programming will be uploaded and provided prior to class.  Due to current world circumstances and interruptions, there may be changes in the dates and time frames of which these classes are offered but only if it's the last resort and necessity. 

~ Learn to shoot with your choice of air rifle and/or air blow back handgun. A qualified instructor, that will teach you real gun holding techniques while shooting at various targets. 

~ If you have your own equipment, bring it in to use the range

To secure your spot, a $10 non-refundable deposit per person is required, and any changes to the booking should be made at least 12 hours prior to the event. The deposit is used toward the total price of the event. We will only reserve as many spots in the range as you have purchased. To ensure that you are paying for the correct amount, please change the number of people you are bringing on the left side of the select button before you proceed.
