It gives you freedom to express yourself with confidence and strength and its really fun and challenging at the same time.We highly recommend kneepads (you can purchase this at the reception) and feel free to bring your Pole heels or regular high heels.This class is suitable for beginners, but also trained dancers who want to improve their floorwork, and have a good time :)
