Learn the fundamentals of horseback riding during your 30 minutes of riding time. Horse will be tacked and ready for your lesson. Rider will learn how to walk, trot and potentially canter. Riders will all start on leadline and progress to independence as ability dictates.

Learn how to safely handle, groom and tack up before your 30 minute ride. Rider will learn about parts of horse, equipment used and equine related facts. They will also be included in the tacking process. Riders will start on a leadline and progress to independence as ability . Rider will learn proper equitation (body postion), how to safely and effectively control the horse at a walk, trot and eventually at a canter.

Meet and great your lesson horse and learn the basics of horseback riding with a 15 minute ride. 15 minutes of learning to groom horses is also included. Available as a one time option for riders over 5 years old. 

This class moves you through 26 traditional poses, with long holds, rather than flowing from pose to pose with the breath.  It is a full body sequence of postures for beginners to advanced practitioners. Postures promote strength and flexibility while fostering deeper levels of concentration.  Room will be warm.

Body Tune up uses The Roll Model Method which is a soft-tissue conditioning, self-care fitness format that uses the various Roll Model® Therapy Balls for self-myofascial release (self-massage). This may include breath work, CheckIn and ReCheck, elements of alignment, anatomy instruction and mental awareness (such as conscious relaxation).

25 minute lessons are great for 1 or 2 tune ups in your game. Whether it’s full swing and/or short game, many people have enjoyed this short duration of learning time to get 1 or 2 things to focus on and be on their way!
