Swim Clinic for Adults delivers expert coaching with Monika, a friendly, highly experienced instructor. Tailored sessions build water confidence, safety, and efficient stroke technique, with options for open-water preparation—ideal for beginners through competitive athletes. Each lesson is effective, enjoyable, and goal-focused with Coast Swimmer. Price includes pool entry and 1 hour access to sauna, steam room, and Jacuzzi. Club Maritime members: 34.50 EUR per session only.

With daily 20-minute sessions from Monday to Friday, at a time convenient for you, our experienced instructors tailor the lessons to your specific needs and goals. Whether you're a beginner looking to build confidence in the water or an advanced swimmer aiming to refine techniques, our private lessons provide a focused and effective learning experience.

We are offering half hour 1:1 sessions for both beginner and intermediate swimmers new to triathlon or open water swimming.

Адаптовано під вікові особливості, забезпечено матеріалами; доступні пробне заняття, гнучкий розклад і зворотний зв’язок для батьків.

Групове заняття діти 3–4 роки в HappyLand — це безпечні й веселі уроки у теплому басейні, що розвивають координацію, впевненість у воді та соціальні навички. Сертифіковані інструктори працюють у малих групах (до 6 дітей), використовуючи ігрові методики. Наголос на водній безпеці, адаптації та позитивних емоціях. Тривалість заняття — 30 хвилин. Зручні роздягальні, високі стандарти гігієни, дружня атмосфера. Можлива присутність батьків на етапі адаптації. 

Групове заняття для дітей 5–6 років в HappyLand — це безпечні та веселі уроки у воді, що поєднують ігри, базові навички плавання та правила безпеки. Працюємо в малих групах (до 6 дітей) з сертифікованим інструктором. Тривалість 45 хвилин: розминка, вправи на дихання, ковзання, робота ногами та ігрова естафета. Розвиваємо впевненість, координацію й соціальні навички. Попередній запис обов’язковий; обладнання надаємо. Заняття двічі на тиждень, адаптація під рівень кожної дитини та індивідуальна увага.
