We currently offering 1 class per week: Saturday 7:30am - a slow flow / fundamentals of yoga and meditation class And, the 1st Wednesday of each month at 3:45 - Yin yoga class (led by Christine) that focuses on stillness and relaxation Please show up for class in comfortable clothing 5 minutes before start time so that class may begin and end on time. All you need to bring is an open mind - no yoga experience required.

Restorative yoga is a practice consisting of 3-5 minute holds in supported yoga poses, using bolsters and blocks to allow full support and restoration. This is a deeply calming practice that incorporates guided meditation and breathing techniques. Ideal for all-levels. Space is limited to 7 per class, all students MUST reserve their space prior to class. Props and yoga mats are available for use. Class is held on the third floor of the Gentle Journey Midwifery Birth Center - 607 E University Ave, Gainesville, FL 32601. A prenatal yoga class designed to revitalize, rejuvenate and restore. Through a series of supported gentle poses, breath work and guided meditation we will deeply relax our bodies while strengthening our minds. In-Home private sessions custom designed for your life, your goals, your reality. Private sessions begin with a complementary in-take consultation to get familiar with one another, go over goals and synchronize our expectations of the journey ahead. Each session is an hour long, will include instruction on alignment and form, and will end with a shavasana lavender oil adjustment. Option to have hands-on assists to improve alignment throughout the class. $60 per session, 5 class pack $275

All levels welcome.  This class is mostly seated or lying down with support from bolsters, and sandbags to deepen the stretch.  It's a great class for beginners, as well as those looking to improve range of motion, recover from injuries and PREVENT injuries.

Yoga sessions for up to six people, tailored to fit your needs.  Your choice of class may include: yin, hot power, vinyasa flow, or a combination of two styles.  Please email for preferences, availability, and pricing. 

Power yoga: fast-paced, cardio workout. Can be heated. Flow yoga: slow to moderate paced flowing sequences. Yin yoga: seated or reclined slow, deep stretch with support. Power and Peace: 1/2 power, 1/2 yin. *Baptiste style influenced classes.

A one-on-one session designed to give you the tailored physical, mental, and mindful practice that you want. Each session is designed for personally for you and your goals.

Gentle Yoga classes are a great place to take it slower, and still experience all the benefits of yoga. Classes focus on releasing tension, connecting with the breath and helping students gain strength and flexibility. Gentle yoga uses classical hatha postures with slight variations to accommodate all levels of yoga students.
