Before booking enquery
Good evening, I find this a little bit frustrating.There is no post code on your website where I could check how far I need to travel,there is no phone number to enquire about booking.I want to purchase session for me and my husband but there is no option to purchase/choose 2 and I do not want to risk purchasing one and then go back and purchase another one as there might not be sessions available at the same time for both of us.Can you please reply to this so I could get in contact with you.Kindest regards,Val

Do yourself a favour and book a session!
The human body is the most miraculous and powerful creation. Give it the right environment and conditions and it will heal itself. Inflammation is the cause of nearly all ailments and health problems. -128 degrees should extinguish that! Felt buzzing after and can't wait to book in the next session. 100% Worth it
I suffered shin splints 4/5 weeks pre marathon and struggled to walk. 5 sessions later and I conquered the London marathon. Really helpful team who offered some great tips and advice even beyond the session itself. The buzz you get after is an added bonus!

Awesome rejuvenation
Don’t be nervous guys - it feel amazing. Yes it gets cold, but it’s still not worse than jumping in the cold sea. I felt so much energy afterwards, my mind felt less cluttered. It doesn’t last too long, feels just about right, but it’s a great piece of kit. I have already re-booked, I think for anyone who has aches / pains and feels tired this is such an awesome feeling afterwards.
