Cours exclusivement réservé aux boxeurs amateurs. Les cours ont lieu du lundi au vendredi, de 10h00 à 12h00 à la Salle Leyrit, du lundi au jeudi de 17h30 à 19h30 au Stade Charles Ehrmnn  et le vendredi de 20h30 à 22h00 à la Salle Leyrit à Nice. 

Les cours ont pour but d'apprendre la boxe anglaise et de se perfectionner en vue de pouvoir participer à des combats de boxe, d'améliorer la condition physique et mentale, de maintenir une bonne hygiène de vie, d'avoir une bonne maîtrise de soi, de continuer à développer ses capacités pugilistiques et de pouvoir, pourquoi pas, passer un jour dans les rangs professionnels.

Cours exclusivement réservé aux enfants. Les cours ont lieu le mercredi de 13h00 à 14h30 à la Salle Leyrit à Nice. Si le nombre de volontaire est suffisants, les cours auront également lieu le samedi matin, de 10h00 à 11h30.

Les cours ont pour but de leur apprendre les premières bases de la boxe anglaise, d'améliorer leur condition physique, de développer la maîtrise de soi et évidemment de s'amuser !

Our experienced instructors use engaging martial arts exercises that help in building strength, coordination, and flexibility. The Kids Karate Class: Aged 11 and above is a highly structured and disciplined program designed to introduce young students to the fundamentals of karate. Our experienced instructors teach not only basic techniques of karate, but also instill important life-skills such as self-discipline, focus, and respect. Your child will develop stronger self-awareness and confidence through active participation in an engaging and fun-filled atmosphere. Give your child an opportunity to grow both mentally and physically with our Kids Karate Class.

1 on 1 30 minute private lesson with Grand Master Um or Instructor Guizen. Session includes review of curriculum and physical fitness. Lesson for 2 family members is $50

You can chose any  of the 3 Activities from Swimming, Karate, Kick boxing, Arts, Zumba & Quran , just for 500AED monthly.

Boston Dojo Dojo refers to a martial arts school, and it translates to a place of learning. Over the past twenty-five years, the Boston Martial Arts Center has grown from a group of dedicated practitioners into a full-fledged dojo. Throughout that time, it has served as a conduit for studying martial arts in the Boston area. It is officially recognized as the Bujinkan Dojo Boston under the auspices of the International Bujinkan Organization (Tokyo headquarters) directed by Dr. Masaaki Hatsumi. T
