Heaven on earth
I’ve visited the Zen Den for various treatments and every single one has been amazing. Amy is THE BEST! Healing my ins, body and soul through the treatments and by listening as I offload any good or bad things I might be going through. As someone with MS, these treatments have definitely contributed to an improvement in my health, with a most recent MRI showing a reduction in the size of some of the lesions from MS activity! Amy is a diamond and an angel. If you haven’t visited the Zen Den, get yourself booked in, you won’t regret it!

Hot Stone back and shoulders massage
I was really ready for my treatment, the hot stones massage was great as always. I felt really relaxed and fell asleep. I then have reflexology on my feet, which was wonderful. I left feeling 100% better. Looking forward to next month's treatment

The Best!
I have a super busy life and every time I step into The Zen Den, I feel calm and relaxed. The energy is just lovely. My hot stone full body massage was incredible, the reiki just brings an extra layer of calm, helps me reset my energy and I was so comfortable I fell asleep! I always leave feeling positive, happy and motivated. 100% recommend!!

What an experience! I had chakra balance for the first time and experienced intense, warm and un-interrupted flow of life-force from toes to mouth. I never had such experience before. That confirmed that energy channels were open after the treatment. Since then, I am convinced what this energy is and how it flows/should flow in the body. I have even noticed considerable difference in the severity of pain I had in my back and neck just after one session. Amy has truly been blessed wit healing hands. She is very present and fully attentive to what I was saying and remembers all the little details as well. I can sense from her open & wide advise that her aim is to really bring the healing to the client. I found her on Goole and I am grateful to the higher power that moved me to her direction to get treatment and holistic healing. I am very hopeful for a brighter future.
