Online training sessions with Christina Opoku. Christina is a fitness coach, personal trainer and professional dancer, with more then 14 years of experience in the field. Workout from home, all you need is a living room and some motivation. The training will be functional training, mainly working on glutes, abs and legs. Full Body Workout

Full body workout includes warm up, bodyweight exercises such as squat, lunges, hip hinge, push ups, sit ups etc. with stretching in the end. All sessions will be via zoom.us!

Stretching
60 分钟
Stretching sessions will include a warm up, passive and active stretching. All sessions will be via zoom.us!

Private Dance Class
60 分钟
From beginner to intermediate level. The class will be taught privately. Heels, hip hop or afrobeats are the dance styles which are available. All sessions will be via zoom.us!

Full Body Workout
Thank you so much Christina for this morning session!! I was at first a bit stressed with the idea of having my cam on while working out but it was really fun and motivating!! I really enjoyed it! And you made us work hard! Which is exactly what I need! I can continue to make gains from home :D Looking forward to the next class!!

First Online Full Body Workout
Dear Christina, What an amazing class it was. It was my first time doing an online workout class, and it was awesome!! Sorry about my huffing and puffing, next time you should tell me in advance to mute my microphone!! Lol. I was super chuffed that my daughter could join us all the way from Holland. So you did a live body workout in three different countries. Switzerland, France and Holland. Looking forward to my next online class!! This is really a great way to help us keep fit, without leaving our homes!! Great initiative!!
