Heart Sutra Mantra Meditation - Meditation is used for regular maintenance of the soul, for worship, for contemplation of higher philosophy, and as a mindset, a lifestyle attitude that maintains a lifestyle of heightened awareness and sacred sensuality

Allow 60-90 minutes for the meditation.

Is an ancient, healing type of bodywork. The recipient wears comfortable clothing and lies down or is seated on a soft, thick massage mat. The practitioner guides the person through a series of postures while massaging the muscles and along the body’s energy lines and pressure points.

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga, it is sometimes confused with “power yoga“. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike.
