Using Auricular ( Ear) Acupuncture points this seated group treatment is ideal for women in all stages of the menopause. During your session 5 tiny needles are inserted into the outer ear followed by 15 minutes of guided meditation.
These 5 needles will help to reduce menopause symptoms such as hot sweats, Anxiety, Mood Swing and Sleep Disturbances.
The whole session is a warm, welcoming and deeply relaxing experience with many women feeling better after just 1 session. A course of 6 weekly session is recommended for maximum benefits. Max 6 people per session.
