HappiSoul is about assisting you to experience peace, contentment, compassion, joy and ease, all of which are your natural state of being. Alison can support you to release any blocks within your body, mind or soul to reveal that beautiful place within you. This includes any conditioned responses and limiting beliefs that were created based on your past like “Something is wrong with me” and “I’m not good enough”. We create beliefs based on our life experiences and the environment we find ourselves in. When we commit to taking the journey within by getting to know our selves better, using the challenges in our life as opportunities for growth, we are far more equipped to enjoy a colourful life. During a session with Alison she will offer lots of support and use powerful tools like EFT and Matrix Reimprinting, because they work. Safe setting

As we were asked to leave the camera on I felt a rise of fear and shame come up for being seen. I tapped on shame the whole group session and felt some release. I know there is still a long way to go due to trauma, yet I feel more hopeful and felt safe in the group. I am going to join again.

Safe space to express and release emotions

Tonight's monthly tapping group session was such a profound experience for me. I was emotional and nervous about being seen while crying, but the love and acceptance from Alison and the other tapping participants made it easy to be vulnerable. Thank you Alison for providing this safe space to express and release emotions❤️

Mentoring for practitioners workshop

I just finished another Mentoring Workshop for Practitioners with Alison and I'm now feeling relaxed and inspired. Alison has a lovely way of being professional but with warmth at the same time and provides an environment where you always feel comfortable enough to ask questions. Thankyou Alison.

Lovely monthly group

My first time joining this group was pleasant. I love EFT and Alison does it in a way that is very nice and slightly different from what I’ve done before. I like that variation of options. I will join again and learn more.

Amazing powerful work!

I have started seeing Alison for EFT and Matrix Reimprinting, now having had three sessions. Alison's approach to me has been so warm and engaging - all via Zoom too! Alison's skills and knowledge, and ability to hold space makes the whole experience so powerful and safe. I chose Alison to work through my own fears about starting a business in EFT (also being a Certified EFT Practitioner), and the shifts I have already experienced have made so much difference in my life! My Chronic Health Issues, and My Experience with Alison

I came to see Alison, as I had been dealing with Lyme disease and Chronic Inflammatory response syndrome and hadn't been making any progress. I seemed to be stuck in a loop, and no matter how much physical treatment I received - there just seemed to be a missing component. I was filled with limiting beliefs, and always in fight flight - constantly alert, and getting very poor sleep nightly. After 6 sessions with Alison, I can feel my nervous system is much calmer, my symptoms are reducing, and I'm sleeping much better. 2 nights ago, I slept the whole night through without waking once. I hadn't gotten a whole night's sleep in 6 years. Really grateful for Alison, and the progress I've made with her. Highly recommend

Monthly Group EFT Session

Since I attended last months tapping session I've been using tapping to help me process emotions that come up, it's been so helpful. I joined the group again tonight because it's so nice to be guided through the tapping. Alison has such a calming nature just listening to her makes me feel more calm and grounded. It's also really nice to do the tapping in a group, it reminds me that we are all the same, we are struggle with emotions from time to time, it's all normal. This reminder makes the emotions feel less heavy when I am reminded that we are all in it together. Thanks for another lovely session Alison!
