v  David has a background in investment banking, having worked internationally for Macquarie Group and Prudential Investments as a corporate and institutional adviser. When David joined Macquarie Bank, it was a 150-people firm. He marketed it globally to institutional investors in US and Europe. David has a deep understanding of what it takes to create, build and sustain a successful organization. 

v  David believes that we each have unlimited potential and that once we align with what we truly want to do, anything is possible. v  Emma is an Executive Coach for Performance Consultants. She has been coaching since 2007 and specializes in coaching executives in Leadership positions.

v  Emma has lived and worked in Europe, the Middle East, China and Malaysia, and with virtual team leadership spanning 6 continents. She brings an in-depth global understanding that bridges cultural gaps and creates synergy within diverse groups, driving collaboration and accelerating the pace of transformation.

v  Emma specializes in helping leaders to:

o  Manage change, enhance team and personal performance, discover solutions and create permanent behavioural change through mindset shift.

o  Expand self-awareness and set the stage for ongoing personal transformation and leadership development.

o  Recognize and become aware of intended and unintentional impact as a leader, through fun and challenging the status quo.

v  Emma has experience coaching senior executives from over 78 countries in the areas of leadership & communication, conflict resolution and team coaching.

v  Emma operates globally as a faculty Member of the Co-Active Training Institute and is a senior facilitator, training coaches.  She has published a number of articles and books, including Risk: All that Matters, Cope with Change at Work, Motivating People and The Personality Workbook.

Emma designs and facilitates Leadership development programmes, in conjunction with the Hogan Leadership Assessment suite, to continue to develop leaders at the highest level.

v  Sue Stockdale is an Executive Coach for Performance Consultants. She is highly experienced in helping CEO’s, Board level Directors and senior managers worldwide to maximize their effectiveness in areas, e.g.  

o   Supporting board and executive relationships

o   Influencing, stakeholder relationships & communication

o   Understanding organizational dynamics

v  Sue brings a unique combination of 20 years’ business experience, and an understanding of high-performance environments to her work as a coach. Her career included a senior management role in corporate training and a change management role in the United Nations, working in a war zone.

·       Her coaching style is based on positive psychology and leveraging strengths. She uses an intuitive and engaging approach, building trust quickly with clients. Drawing on a combination of business and leadership models and psychological insight, she is able to help leaders achieve transformational change by addressing unconscious patterns of behaviour or beliefs that can stop them achieving the results they want. Clients describe her style as inspiring, results-focused, empathetic, adaptable, challenging, enjoyable and fun.

·       Sue is a qualified coaching supervisor who provides one to one coaching supervision and Group Coaching Supervision to individuals and ‘internal’ coaches.

·       She is the first UK woman to ski to the Magnetic North Pole and has represented Scotland in athletics. In 2005, she was recognised by HM the Queen as a Pioneer to the Nation; and in 2013 received a Global Coaching Leadership Award at World Coaching Congress in Mumbai.

·       Sue is author of several business books and is Deputy Editor of Coaching Perspectives, the Association for Coaching’s global magazine. She has been a visiting lecturer at Said Business School, Oxford, University of Bath, UCL, and Cambridge Judge Business School on subjects related to motivation, leadership and change.

v  Clive is an Executive Coach for Performance Consultants. He has been coaching since 1999 and specializes in coaching board level executives on topics including strategic planning, influencing strategies, risk, conflict-handling and leadership behaviours.

v  He has had a successful international business career, mainly developing new businesses and technologies. This included living and working in South East Asia and USA. Clive excelled in leading teams and inspiring others to take risks, to go into the unknown, often when the pace of change was relentless.

v  Clive specializes in helping leaders to:

o   Reflect and gain clarity of their attitude towards risk-taking and change, in order to uncover new possibilities and ways forward

o   Uncover a 360 view of the challenges they face, manage complex stakeholder relationships and develop influencing strategies

o   Gain awareness of how to be more impactful as a leader through inspiration and influence

v  Clive is a qualified Coaching Supervisor who provides one to one coaching supervision and Group Coaching Supervision to individuals as well as ‘internal’ coaches.

v  Clive operates globally as a facilitator, inspirational speaker and coach, and has published a number of articles and books, including Risk: All that Matters, Cope with Change at Work, Motivating People and The Personality Workbook.

v  Clive has a Fellowship from Cranfield School of Management, and received a Global Coaching Leadership Award in 2013.  His sporting career highlights include being Team Manager for Jaguar at Le Mans, Tyre Engineer in Formula 1 and becoming a championship-winning driver in the UK.
