Accidental Counsellor is a one day workshop that equips people who have no counselling experience with practical skills to face issues that can arise when helping others in both their personal and professional life.

This workshop examines the high level communication skills of a counsellor and how these are used to clarify a problem and reflect on personal approaches to challenging people and situations.

It also identifies how to set boundaries when working with an issue and learning the kinds of roles people play in these types of situations.
