Equine Therapy Wales is now offering short therapeutic sessions which aim to prevent mental health difficulties by offering fun and outdoor activities to your children which focus on learning relaxation and communication skills.

Therapeutic Pony Session - £15 - 20 min session, facilitated by a qualified CBT therapist.
Please note this is not a talking therapy session. This is a short therapeutic session which includes pony grooming, plaiting, pony care and leading. The session will be with our horses and can include working with our therapy dog. This session aims to help children and families learn the tools to have optimum emotional wellbeing by improving happiness, communication and emotional regulation.
