The doctor will examine your ears and clean your ear canal(s) with an ear syringe. It is recommended that you use ear drops to soften the wax for 1-3 days before the appointment to avoid an ear infection.

Make sure your prescription is not due for a review, before ordering it. 

You will need to provide a referral or clinic letter when a new prescription by another GMC registered specialist or practice requires issuing. A doctor's consultation is also required.

How to order a repeat request

+ Let us know the name and quantity of the medication you require a repeat prescription for or provide information about the name of the referrer or referral letter you need.

+ Prescriptions are sent as a token to the mobile phone you registered. Please take the token to a pharmacy of your choice to release your prescription.

Do you need reassurance about your child's development or do you have a specific concern requiring a holistic assessment? The practice adopts a systematic scheme of child and adolescent health and development checks.

A condition detected early can often be corrected by recommending exercise or simple measures such as making dietary changes. Given the ability of our little ones to compensate for a developmental delay, non-invasive forms of treatment taken early, are often sufficient.

In the NHS, babies are regularly checked by a Doctor at birth and they are assessed again at six weeks. After this, it is up to a parent to alert their GP, who may refer a child further on, if required.

Checks are undertaken for babies from 4 to 6 weeks and are done at regular intervals. The work is undertaken according to the German Paediatric College's child health surveillance program.
