DON'T DO IT. DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THIS PLACE.
*WARNING* *DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT POOR SERVICE* Read for the full story on how the COPS got involved with this store. My boyfriend was looking for an iPhone XS max for his mom for Christmas and I came across one from this store through Facebook Marketplace. We came in on a Sunday 12/22/19 to check out the phone with Jordan and checked as much as we could. Note, we have experience with thoroughly checking iPhones, so everything seemed fine to our knowledge. Since we did not foresee any issues with the phone, we decided to decline the warranty. On Tuesday 12/24/19, I was putting a screen protector on the phone when I noticed the screen was very loose and that there was a defect in the screen. We asked Jordan about the issues and if we could return the phone, however he said they don't do returns, but they would repair the phone at a discounted price. Then, he stated we should have paid for the warranty, however to my understanding the phone should be sold in good condition and the warranty is for any repairs that are caused by the OWNER, not because the STORE neglects to provide a properly working product. Anyways, after my boyfriend spoke with Jordan, he agreed to do the repair for FREE and asked us to come in. We come into the store, and Jordan leaves us in the second floor lounge while he repairs the phone in the office on the third floor. Mind you, this store is not an actual store at all. It's a rented out office space in an apartment complex downtown. You can't go into the store unless they let you in because the elevator requires a key card. About 30 minutes later, Jordan comes out with the "repaired" phone, and the phone still has that same defect. My boyfriend was not happy with this service and complained, but Jordan said that "the phone is fine," "the screen is OEM," and "the screen is supposed to do that when you press down on it." However, this is a complete lie because my boyfriend and I have the same exact phone, and with the 3D touch screen, there should not be a defect. After much arguing, Jordan agreed that if we were not happy, he'll put the original screen back on, however he would charge us $60... I'm sorry, $60 for what? He did nothing to repair the phone and we were not happy with the service or customer service he provided. Again, Jordan continued to argue with my boyfriend and Jordan started to become very unprofessional. My boyfriend then tried to get the phone back from Jordan, but then he snatched the phone away and said that if we don't pay the $60, we won't get the phone back. My boyfriend was furious and then said he was going to call the cops because at this point it was theft. Jordan then started making rude comments. I was sitting on the couch, and he says to me "Monica, I don't know how you deal with him.." Excuse me? What kind of business professional says things like this to their customers? Completely unprofessional. Jordan also said that if the cops didn't come by 7:00PM, he would be leaving with the phone. Even more unprofessional! Luckily, the cops came at 6:55PM and helped settle matters. To make things short, Jordan ended up giving the phone back and we didn't have to pay the $60. TL;DR. Don't buy a phone from here unless you want to deal with unprofessional customer service and a phone with poor quality parts. You'll end up getting charged for literally nothing, calling the cops, and wasting 2 hours of your Christmas Eve... only to get your phone back in the end for free. 10/10 WOULD NOT recommend such a place. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Airpod Happiness
I messaged him on mine and he he immediately messaged me back and let me know that the AirPods were still on sale I went online and ordered them paid online and received free shipping. I did message to him and let him know and he offered me delivery and advised me it would be free. The very next morning I received my AirPods hand-delivered and he even offered to set them up. The professionalism was through the roof and I will definitely be buying AirPod pros from him in the future and hopefully a smart watch
