Hello! My name is Michael. I am a Navy veteran and I have a career background in the surgical field, where I specialized in orthopedics and neurospine as a surgical first assistant. I am also a yoga studio owner and teacher. My personal yoga practice is specialized in Ancient Egyptian methods of yoga that benefit physical health as well as holistic health, mental health, and spiritual health.


I am here to provide you with personal support and mentoring. Through my online programs and one-on-one coaching sessions, my goal is provide encouraging guidance that helps my clients reach their goals. Motivation comes from within and I am here to help you activate your internal genius! My journey has led me on a path of personal growth, freedom, liberation and healing and I want to help others achieve the same within their own lives using the tools and resources that I have.
