Social anxiety is a chronic mental health condition in which social interactions cause irrational anxiety. For those with social anxiety disorder, everyday social interactions cause irrational anxiety, fear, self-consciousness, and embarrassment. As a licensed counselor I help those who struggle everyday to help improve on themselves and these areas of focus. By hosting this event as a group it improves these skills and helps build self esteem.
