Virtual Daring Greatly for BFRBs Workshop
We have extensive experience with body-focused repetitive behavior’s (BFRBs). Our workshop is based on the Daring Way™ curriculum and is designed to offer you an experiential experience in an intimate group setting. We will be exploring the concepts of vulnerability, courage, shame, identifying triggers and building shame resilience skills as it pertains to BFRBs. This workshop will give you valuable insight into understanding how to quiet your inner critic, embrace your imperfections, and demonstrate self-compassion.
We must learn how to operate our own shame, or it will operate us.
